Originally released back in 2010, Alan Wake was one of the go-to thriller games for the Xbox 360, and has since been ported onto PC and other platfroms.

Now, Remedy Entertainment has announced that Alan Wake 2, the sequel, will be arriving later this year and we're going to run over all you need to know about the mysterious title.

During the May PlayStation showcase, we got to witness a brand new cinematic trailer for Alan Wake 2, along with some additional information.

They've confirmed that Alan Wake 2 will release on October 17th, 2023.

Epic has revealed the following information about the editions for Alan Wake 2.

You can pre-purchase Alan Wake 2 right now on Epic Games Store, PlayStation, and Xbox to receive an Ornate Revolver Skin for Alan and the Survival Resources Pack for Saga. The Survival Resources Pack includes the Rocket Flare, First Aid Kit and Painkillers Item, along with a Coffee Mug Charm for Agent Saga Anderson. The Coffee Mug Charm will save Agent Anderson from one killing blow before being broken permanently. Survival resources pack items are unlocked during the 2nd mission

The Deluxe Edition comes with outfits for Saga and Alan, various weapon skins, a charm, and the Expansion Pass! The Expansion Pass will include new story content to further explore the world of Alan Wake.
