Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is the next entry within the iconic series, and will be releasing soon for players all across the world.
With MW2 coming this year, we're also getting the release of Warzon 2, the second iteration of the iconic battle royale.
However, there's been some talk about a change to the amount of loadouts players will see on the map.
Here's what we know!
Call of Duty Warzone 2 To Feature Less Loadouts According To Leakers
Loadouts are pretty essential for Warzone, as they're the kit of weapons, perks and other items that players will need to purchase from a buy station and call from the sky.
These loadouts have evolved over the years, and we've seen some game breaking meta emerge from weapons such as the Grau, and the Bruen.
However, for Warzone 2, there's been some indication that we're going to see less loadouts than before around the map, if any.
These leaks come from Tom Henderson, who notes how they don't know how players will react to the new changes in Warzone 2 including "lack of loadouts."
So, it appears Warzone 2 won't have any loadouts when it releases, but we'll be sure to update this page when we hear more news!
I think the point of Warzone 2 is to be drastically different from Warzone 1 for it to be refreshing... Different types of AI, strongholds, pro perks, lack of loadouts, etc.— Tom Henderson (@_Tom_Henderson_) September 15, 2022
I think it's exciting, but I can see some divide for sure.
